Beginner Level Yoga

In a beginner level yoga class you will receive safe and concise instructions in:
- Yoga poses, to grow your awareness in movement patterns
- Breathing practices for greater mental focus and calm; when you coordinate the breath with movement, your body relaxes, the breath deepens and the mind becomes quieter.
- Relaxation techniques which will enrich physical and psychological health.
Gentle Yoga

In a Gentle Yoga class you will practice movements that enable greater freedom of movement in your joints and you will be guided through a deep relaxation, learning how to physically relax and mentally unwind.

Intermediate yoga

Intermediate Level Yoga -
· Are you committed to a regular yoga practice and have a desire to learn more about yoga anatomy and yoga philosophy?
· Are you interested in digging deeper into a familiar practice as well as exploring the unknown?
In the Intermediate class you will gain greater understanding of your body alignment, where you need strength or flexibility in order to prepare in a yogic way for poses like headstands and peacocks.
· Are you committed to a regular yoga practice and have a desire to learn more about yoga anatomy and yoga philosophy?
· Are you interested in digging deeper into a familiar practice as well as exploring the unknown?
In the Intermediate class you will gain greater understanding of your body alignment, where you need strength or flexibility in order to prepare in a yogic way for poses like headstands and peacocks.
