The workshops will have both a theoretical and experiential component.
You will learn how to work with and deepen your understanding of the concepts of energy and will learn to strengthen your intuition, your sense of inner guidance.
You will learn the theoretical elements of how energy works in the chakras and the psychological aspects behind it.
You will learn how to be grounded, how to clean your energy field and your chakras and how to align them.
You will learn how to let go of energy no longer needed and energy of others in your energy field.
You will learn how to strengthen your energy field and how to have access to more energy from the Universal Energy Field.
You will become more aligned with your true nature and your inner needs.
The techniques enhance relaxation and a sense of clarity and will give you a greater understanding of the more subtle quality of your inner life.
Since all is cennected and as your perception of your inner life changes it has its retinue in the world that surrounds you. There are many ways to perceive that reality, as there are different levels of reality. Be ready to let go of the old and enjoy the flow!
About Jant Veenstra
Born and raised in the Netherlands and in New Mexico, I later on moved to the big city of Amsterdam to study and work. Recently I have lived in Norway with my husband and three daughters, we currently live in France.
I received a Masters degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam, curious about different ways of looking at health and illness/wellness issues, world religions and behavioral patterns in society. One of the important lessons I learned is that we are all different and that one way of living is not better or worse than another, just different; every culture has its' own customs. I love the beauty of the similarities and differences that humans have.
During and after the Anthropology study, I have taken many additional courses and workshops. I completed a three year study to become a healer and energetic reader. After that I completed a study in becoming a personal and corporate coach. I am trained as a biophoton therapist, as well as a shiatsu massage therapist, psychosynthesist and am a Reiki Master. I have attended classes and workshops on magnified healing, reconnected healing and have explored merkaba geometrical fields, meditation, diet and Shamanism among many others.
I have worked and taught many workshops in these areas over the last six years in The Netherlands, Norway and in France. I have found my own way in combining the different modalities I have learned over the years.
My passion is to motivate and stimulate you to have a loving and healthy experience of who you really are. Over time some part of us may have become blocked and we are no longer aligned with our higher Being or with the energies of our environment. There is a way back to the experience of unity!
My approach is holistic: I work with physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. We are beings of energy, and we are full of potential; we have the possibility to learn how to bring out the qualities we have within ourselves. I believe that we as human beings have the capacity of living life to the fullest, to co-create life and be free within ourselves, our spirit, mind, heart and body. If we are in tune with our Being, this will radiate throughout each level. Insight and awareness of who we really are and how we can let the energy flow freely will help us lead a full life!
I am available to give personal readings for those interested from 4 to 8 October and from 11 to 15 October.
The readings take about an hour and a half to two and cost 100 dollars. Please contact akke@akkesyogapace.com or call 953-2553 to set up an appointment. For more information about the readings see www.jantveenstra.wordpress.com
