What to expect in a yoga class with Akke
  • You learn how to bring your attention inward through focusing awareness on the breath, sound vibrations and eye movements. 
  • You practice yoga poses that enable greater freedom of movement in your joints and strengthen your muscles.
  • You will be guided through a deep relaxation, learning how to physically relax and mentally unwind.
  • You will receive instructions in breathing techniques and meditation for greater mental concentration.

Practicing at home, how to set up:
There may be distractions like other people and/or pets in the home, phone calls, messages, etc.

Please take the time to create 
  • Time in your schedule  for yourself, as if you were going to a class 
  •  A space where you can roll out your mat, where you can see your device from your mat
  • Get props ready, you might need a chair, block, blanket, strap
  • Minimize disruptions,  e.g. turn off the phone (like you did at the studio)​

Yoga classes are offered at Gentle, Beginner and Intermediate Levels.
