Instructors have been trained in Integral Yoga or Integral Yoga Therapy.
Integral Yoga was founded by H.H. Sri Swami Satchidananda. It is a scientific system which integrates the various branches of Yoga in order to bring about a complete and harmonious development of every aspect of the individual: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
The goal of Integral Yoga is to realize the spiritual unity behind all creation and to live harmoniously as members of one universal family. This goal is achieved by maintaining our natural condition of the body in optimal health and strength, a mind well disciplined, an intellect clear and calm, a heart full of unconditional love and compassion, and a life filled with Supreme Peace and Joy.
Integrative Yoga Therapy focuses on health and wellness in the physical body, balance and integration of mind and emotion, and awakens the spiritual dimension of being.
