If you are a new student, please check for space availability in a class. Please arrive 10 min. early before your first class so you can fill out a health form. Cost of classes and FAQ's are listed below.

Mondays:
9:15-10:30 a.m. Beginner Level Yoga (Jennifer)
5:15-6:15 p.m. Prenatal Yoga (Akke)
6:30- 8:00 p.m. Continuing Yoga (Akke)

Tuesdays:
8-9 a.m. Be Kind to your Spine (Jennifer)
9:15-10:30 a.m. Gentle Yoga (Akke)
5:30-7:00 p.m. Intermediate Yoga (Akke)
7:15-8:30 p.m. Beginner Level Yoga (Akke and Doug alternating)

Wednesdays:
9:15-10:30 a.m. Beginner Level Yoga (Akke)
5:30- 6:45 p.m. Belly Dance Level 2/3 (Jennifer)

Thursdays:
8:00-9:00 a.m. Beginner Level Yoga (Jennifer)
9:15-10:30 a.m. Beginner Level Yoga (Akke)
5:30-6:45 p.m. Beginner Level Yoga (Akke)

*Jennifer will teach Belly Dance Level 1 through the YMCA on Mondays

Registration on a first come / first serve basis

Gift Certificates available for CLASSES, PRIVATE SESSIONS or MASSAGE

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I cannot make ALL the classes during a 6 week period?

If you know at the time you sign up for a session that you will not be able to make all the scheduled classes, we are willing to pro-rate accordingly.

If you have an injury, illness or conflict that occurs during the session which prevents you from attending the class you have signed up for, you can make up the class during that particular session, provided you let us know BEFORE your next scheduled class and provided there is space in a similar class. If you miss a class and do not make it up during the session you have signed up for, you forfeit the class.

If you miss 3 consecutive classes without prior arrangements or notification, we reserve the right to give your spot to the next person on the waiting list.

What happens if a class is canceled due to inclement weather?

Please call the studio at 953-2553 before you head over when weather conditions are questionable, if a class is cancelled there will be a message on the answering machine. We can either give you credit towards your next session or reimburse you for the class.
